I will once again start up a weekly doubles. It will start Sunday February 28th. Entry fee will be $7 with a cash payout. We will have registration from 2:30 -3 and start at 3pm. Contact me if you have any questions. The format will rotate. Half the course will be played from the long pads and half will be played from the short pads (Odds Long Evens Short and vice versa).

So whatever happened with the handicapped league?

It never really took off. Also there was a lot of confusion and such with the website. They kept messing up the amount that was due to them and I was constantly on the phone with them to correct it. It was more of a hassle than it was worth. If they get the kinks out then it may be something we will try again in the future.

Just a reminder that we are having Doubles every Sunday in 2010. Start time will be 3:00pm. $7 entry plus $1 Ace Option. Cash payout to top scores. Come on out and join the fun. Spread the word.

Enjoyed the doubles this past Sunday. Although my discs seemed to always go where I didn't want them to go, I still had fun playing. Planning on being there again this week and hope to see and introduce myself to more enthusiasts in the area.
By the way, my name is Richard and have been playing for about 2 months. Enjoy the game and look forward to improving my throwing.

Sunday Doubles was fun and I expected a low turnout with it being Mothers Day. It was good to see those who made it and it was very enjoyable.

This Sunday is the UFO Tournament and I will not be there to run Doubles. I have talked to Richard and he is willing to help out. Doubles will still be going on and I will give Richard all the info and stuff that he needs. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

We will be hosting doubles with a couple of changes. The first change will be the basket location of Hole #2. I will have a basket out there that we will be playing to. The fence will be OB.

The second change is we will be playing Tee Pad 18 to Hole 19.

I hope that many people will come out and check out these changes. I did not think about Trophy Lakes this weekend so we will do this layout again. If you are not able to make it out this weekend then hopefully the next weekend that we have this different layout.
